Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center is a modern first-class conference and exhibition venue. The stadium covers a total area of 380,000 square meters, and the center covers an area of more than 600, 000 square meters. It’s located at the southeast coast of Xiamen Island, opposite to Lesser Quemoy Island across the sea. Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center enjoys convenient transportation; the airport, port, railway station are within 15 kilometers.
In 2008, the second pavilion has been put into use. The total area of the exhibition center expands to 230,000 square meters and the scale of exhibition hall reaches 80,000 square meters with 4,000 standard booths, more than 20 Medium and high grade meeting rooms and a four-star hotel. There are 10 main exhibition halls, a lobby, and a light-duty exhibition hall. With a height of 15m, all the main exhibition halls are on the first floor, cover from 4000 square meters to 9000 square meters. In addition, container trailers are allowable for every hall. And all of the halls are pillar-free halls which can be combined together or used as independent exhibition area.
With the height of 18.5 meters, the first and second exhibition halls, 4500 square meters and 2500 square meters respectively can be held celebration activities, such as the opening ceremony. From the second floor to the fifth floor, there are about 20 Medium and high-grade meeting rooms, and the total area is 5500 square meters. Moreover, customs, commodity inspection, post service, telecom service and public security are all available in the halls. And it also has central service zone, registration hall, information center, press center, business center as well as catering, shopping and coffee center.
Xiamen International Conference Center is a high-grade meeting place with perfect, complete, and advanced equipment of international standard. It’s near to Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center, with a total area of 140,000 square meters, including the five-star hotel, an odeum, the main part of building was built and put into use in 2008. Conference Center includes International Conference Hall which can accommodates 1,800 people, meeting rooms , VIP rooms, presence chambers and negotiating rooms, the number of those rooms is more than 20. The conference room is equipped with 6-channel and 8-channel simultaneous interpretation systems, large-scale multi-media projector and other modern conference facilities. Five-star hotel owns 500 rooms and a magnificent banqueting hall. Meanwhile, sound effects of symphony odeum has reached to the first-class level of the domestic.
