Application Procedures
Just follow these 5 simple steps to guarantee your space.

- Review the Floor Plan and select your preferred booth locations.
Booth assignment: The earlier one applies and pays, the earlier and better his booth will be assigned.
- After filling in the Exhibition Application Form and stamp it with an authoritative seal, please fax or mail it to us. Written confirmation will be made by fax or mail when the application is accepted.
- Upon confirmation, the exhibition cost or 50% of that amount
shall be remitted to the Organizing Committee within three days.
Please also fax your remitting bill for checking. The booth shall
not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs. All banking
charges if any are to be borne by the applicant.
- The space cost or 50% deposit shall be remitted to the Organizing Committee within 3 working days after remitting the application form. Please fax your remitting bill for checking. - Deadline for booth application is Nov. 20, 2009. Exhibitors shall pay up before Nov. 30, 2009.
